freebie: mandala flower seamless tiling patterns

This is a set of Photoshop patterns, in a Photoshop .pat file.  Patterns are larger than they appear in the preview image below. Each pattern is seamless tiling with a transparent background (not sure how to use or install the .pat file?  Check this out here)
